Suitable for two-component adhesives such as epoxy resin, silicone, crystal glue, and polyurethane (PU) glue with a ratio of 1:1 to 10:1.

2. Applying adhesive to cleaned side panels with a volume accuracy of ±3% and
a ratio accuracy of ±2%;
3. The dispensing system is equipped with sensors to monitor the glue tank level
and provides an alarm to remind users to replace the glue when it is low;
4. The dispensing system has functions for identifying glue abnormalities and
automatically alarming when there is no glue; effectively removing and
preventing problems such as glue bubbles and sedimentation;
5. The dispensing shape and amount can be set, and the amount is
automatically recorded to the MES system;
6. The process monitors detailed data such as the actual pressure and amount
of glue dispensed from the pipeline, the actual temperature of the glue, the
dispensing speed, and the glue ratio, and records this data to the MES system;
7. Industrial computer control, mouse and keyboard input to adjust parameters,
user-friendly interface for easy operation.
